Érase una vez una Cuentista que llevaba muuuuucho tiempo queriendo preparar mantequilla casera.
Un buen día vio que casi todo el mundo que había preparado alguna vez la mantequilla casera la aliñaba con anchoas y coincidían en decir que era deliciosa. Y se puso manos a la obra.
Es tan sencilla que no comprendía porqué había tardado tanto en hacerla, cuando estuvo hecha metió una rebanada de pan en la tostadora para probarla. La probó. En silencio esperó a que llegara el probador del Reino y solo pudo decir:
"Creo que después de hacer lo que vas a probar hoy me retiro de la cocina, no quiero probar más cosas nuevas, he hecho una receta con tanto sabor y tan poco trabajo que he llegado a mi top."
Menos mal que no lo prometió porque por supuesto no lo ha cumplido, he seguido probando recetas, todas las semanas caen dos o tres cosillas nuevas en la cocina de nuestra Cuentista, unas con más futuro que otras. Pero esta mantequilla hay que probarla y hay que compartirla. Cuando suene el timbre porque llegan los que van a comer a casa mete unas rebanadas de pan en la tostadora, saca una bebida bien fresquita y deja que disfruten de este deliciosa mantequilla.
Es una opción muy sana comerla en la cocina como manda la tradición de esta casa, mientras se preparan los platos que vamos a comer siempre nos quedamos en la "(mini)cocina(muy mini)" charlando, tomando unas cervezas bien fresquitas y ahora picoteando el pan con mantequilla. Apenas cabemos... pero si...
